How do I book an appointment?
There are couple different ways you can book your appointment: Option 1: You can fill out our contact form which will guide you through the questions for repairs. Show us what you would like done on your car and we can finalize scheduling on the spot.Who will work on my car?
We will pair you up with the most qualified technician for the services required on your car. similar to doctors, each technician has their specialty aside from the brand they are accustomed to work on.What is Rev Essentials?
Rev Essentials is our own line of products purposely made to enhance your ownership experience. Solving the most common everyday problems in vehicle ownership.What is the warranty for Rev Essentials products?
We offer a lifetime warranty on our products as long as you purchased the product from us. Rev Apparel products do not qualify for this warranty.What is the return/refund policy?
We have a 90 day return policy. As long as the product purchased from Rev Auto Club is not used and it’s in the original packaging, we will receive it for exchange or refund. Shipping is not included, you can ship on your own or we can provide a return label at your expense.What is a special order item?
Special order order items are products we don’t regularly stock locally. They are sourced through our network of distributors or directly from the manufacturer. Some items ship quickly, but others take a bit more time, if you’d like to inquire about availability, use our chat or send an email to sales@revautoclub.com. Make sure to share Year, Make and Model of your vehicle and the specific part number or description you are looking for.The manufacturer is asking for proof of purchase on my warranty issue. I can’t find it!
There are 2 ways to get a copy of your invoice: If you created a profile on our site you are able to view your order history and print out your invoice. If you did not create a profile on our site, then you can reach out via email so we can send it to you. Yes, $17,500 USD is the order value limit that applies to purchases using Shop Pay Installments, including discounts, shipping, and taxes.Do you export/import vehicles to and from the United States?
Unfortunately we do not. We are only authorized to transport within the USA by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and the US DOT.What is a BOL?
This is what’s called a Bill of Lading document. A Bill of Lading is a required document if you want to move a freight shipment. It serves many different purposes, such as a receipt, contract, and document of title. Details include the type, quantity, and destination of the goods. Here’s an example of what the document should like like.My vehicle was damaged during shipment, now what?
Don’t sign the bill of lading (BOL)! Show your driver the damage and if for any reason you are having issues, give us a call. We can work to find a resolution with the trucking company. But whatever you do, don’t sign the BOL without documenting the damage found and write a note on there and have the driver sign next to it.I want to ship my car, how does this work?
First step is to get your quote, fill out our form here. Second, review your quote and accept. Third, you will receive a call from your assigned driver to set a time for pickup of your vehicle. Fourth, the driver shows up to pick up your car, review vehicle condition with the driver and sign the BOL. Lastly, receive your vehicle at the destination.Do you ship vehicles to and from Florida?
We ship cars across the continental United States. Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii are not areas we service at the moment.What is enclosed transport?
Enclosed carrier transport service is performed by a truck and trailer combo equipped with a hard-side box trailer with ramps or a soft-sided box trailer with ramps. The trailer can have a capacity of 1 car to 8 cars in enclosed format.What is door to door service?
Exactly that, pick up at your address and dropped off at the designated address. 98% of our transports are completed door to door. There are very few exceptions and that’s due to your local roads and the truck size.Is my car safe with the transporter?
Transporters are required by the FMCSA to carry cargo insurance, as well as we require all of our drivers to carry sufficient cargo insurance for the vehicle being transported.I want to ship my car, I submitted my request for a transport quote, now what?
By completing the online form, your request will be placed in our queue. We will review the information and send you an estimate for your review. Unlike other transport companies, we won’t bombard you with emails or calls. You can call us anytime and review your estimate, ask questions, etc. We are here to make your life easier, not to overwhelm you with calls and emails.I received my quote but I have more questions, what do I do?
You can simply reply to the email you received with your questions, or just call us! Happy to help you along the way.I received my quote and would like to move forward. What do I do now?
Best way is to use the review and accept button in the email. This will bring you to a couple of screens for you to review and sign our transport agreement. Once completed, we will receive notification and we will start to work on scheduling of your vehicle.How does COD payment work with transport?
COD stands for cash on delivery. You will need to pay the driver directly for the balance owed on your transport contract.Can I pay for transport up front?
Yes! By preparing for your vehicle transport, you won’t have to worry about it at delivery. When you accept your quote, you will have the option to either pay for the deposit or pay in full.Should I wash my car before transporting?
Yes, we recommend having the car cleaned inside and out. This is best for when the driver needs to document the condition of the vehicle and for when you receive it as well. If for whatever reason there is an issue, it’s easy to unravel and ensure you and your car have been taken care of.Should I take pictures of my car before transport?
Yes, pictures are worth 1,000 words. This will help in any case that damage is caused during transport. After all, that’s why transport companies have insurance.Should I take pictures when I receive my car from the transporter?
Absolutely! Again, this is also great, especially if you do find an issue with your vehicle. It’s easily shown to the driver and their insurance company if there are any issues with your car that were caused during transport.Should I inspect my car at pickup?
Always, I repeat, always inspect your car at pickup. Review the BOL that the driver filled out and dispute any incorrect markings on the condition report. This will be your protection in case damage is caused during transport.Should I inspect my car at delivery?
You have a very small window of time to claim any damage, don’t sign the BOL unless you have reviewed your vehicle’s condition. If any damage is found, check the pickup condition report and compare. If the damage wasn’t there, let the driver know!What is the accepted forms of payment at delivery?
This can vary from driver to driver. The most common form of payment is cash, yes that’s right, the drivers love cash. The other same-as-cash options are Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, and PayPal. Drivers will not accept personal checks, nor will they accept credit cards on site. If you would like to pay with a credit card, the prepayment option is right for you.I want to pay with a credit card, how do I do that?
The best way is to prepay, but let’s say you just realized you don’t have cash… call us and we will charge your card and resolve the balance of the bill with the driver. We do charge a fee for this service, so keep this in mind.I received my product but now don’t need it, how do I return it?
You can submit your return request through our website, or email support@revautoclub.com.I ordered something that’s on special order, how do I know when it will ship?
We will notify you via email or SMS when the item ships. If you’d like to inquire, feel free to send us a message on the status of your order. We will gladly provide you with an updated ETA. We are working to automate special order ETA emails to better serve you.What is the warranty on the products you offer?
Manufacturer warranty is available on all products unless specified. If you have an issue with any of the products you ordered from Rev Auto Club, please reach out to the manufacturer for any claims.I haven’t received my order, what’s the status?
Reach out via our messaging tool, it will automatically look up the status of your order as you complete the questions asked. If for some reason you are having trouble doing so, send us an email at support@revautoclub.com.What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?
When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into four equal, biweekly installment payments with 0% APR, or monthly installments with no hidden or late fees*. Rates from 0% APR to 10–36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. For non-interest-bearing orders, debit and credit cards are accepted through Shop Pay. For interest-bearing orders, you can only pay using a debit card.Can I use Shop Pay Installments if I'm an international customer?
Shop Pay Installments is only available to customers with a United States billing address and a United States mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses or phone numbers can’t use Shop Pay Installments.Can I buy gift cards with Shop Pay Installments?
You can’t purchase gift cards using Shop Pay Installments. If you want to purchase gift cards along with Shop Pay Installments eligible products, then you need to place two separate orders.Are there late fees?
No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.What if I miss an installment payment?
There are no late fees for customers who miss a scheduled payment. However, partial payments or late payments might impact your credit score, or your eligibility to use Shop Pay Installments in the future. If you have questions about a missed installment payment, then you can contact Affirm support for assistance.What if I make a return on a purchase made through installments with Shop Pay?
To request a refund, contact the store where you purchased your item. Using their return policy, the store will advise if a return is possible. If a return is possible, then the store will advise how much the refunded amount will be. After your refund is processed, the refund amount will be applied to your original payment method within 3–10 business days and your balance will be updated. If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, then it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both. If your refund is more than your purchase balance, then the difference is returned to your original payment method within 3–10 business days. If your order is made with interest payments, then the paid interest isn’t refunded. When you make payments, the funds are first applied to the accrued unpaid interest and then to the principal. Our technicians are factory trained to work on Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Ferrari, Land Rover, and Tesla. Aside from factory training, we also have vast experience on Lamborghini, Lotus, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, and Maserati.Will I receive an estimate for the repairs needed?
Yes! We are required by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services to provide an estimate for repairs prior to commencing.Do the repairs have warranty?
Yes, we back our repairs with a 3 month or 1,500 mile warranty on workmanship on the repairs. Parts manufacturers also provide a warranty for the components being installed on your car. If you have any questions around parts warranties, please give us a call and we can provide that to you.I accepted the repair estimate, now what?

The open carrier transport is performed by the common car hauler trailer. This type of trailer comes in various configurations, from a wedge trailer to a 10 car hauler. The vehicles are exposed to the elements and debris, unlike the enclosed transport.
